Celtic will be hopefully getting some key signings sorted in the coming weeks as pre-season training isn’t that far away now.
It still feels like the season has just ended for the Bhoys but the way the game is in this country things soon start going again with things like European qualification.
The squad needs to be ready, then, and, after speaking to the Fox Sports podcast, it looks as though Daniel Arzani as eyes on Celtic for next season.
Quoted by the podcast, he said:
“I’ve set my eyes on next season being a big one for me.
“A lot of people have been saying I have potential…but at the end of the day there’s still a lot unproven.”
He suffered a nasty injury last season and that kept him out for months but he appears to be on the way back and that is certainly a good thing.
He’s young, but he does have class and with us needing players in his role it’s the old cliche – he’ll be like a new signing for us.
Let’s hope, though, he doesn’t see a knock-on effect from that injury.
