Odsonne Edouard is officially a Celtic player this weekend after he signed a deal yesterday to keep him at the club for another four years.
He was, of course, on loan last season but it soon became clear that he loved it here and we loved having him so a permanent deal was always possible.
And we’ve done it now, too, with PSG letting him go.
Certainly, the next four years have the potential to be very exciting. He’s got raw power and pace and plenty of talent in front of goal whilst his young age means he’s going to only get better.
He could really become a top striker for us in these coming years, then, and the excitement about the news is certainly clear for all to see.
