Another victory, another clean sheet and another Man of the Match performance, David Turnbull is consistently showing his true worth to the team and is making himself difficult to leave off the team sheet.

Looking forward to the Glasgow Derby on Saturday, Turnbull’s performances, along with Soro, are giving Celtic fans hope that they could go to Ibrox and win to close the gap on their rivals and finally put pressure on at the top of the table. In his post match interview Turnbull said,

Yeah, obviously its good to get the win first and foremost, it’s good to get Man of the Match and it’s also a great feeling and we’ll go on and look forward to the game on Saturday now.

“Obviously it’s a big game on Saturday and we just need to take the form that we’ve had the two games made a good run and we just need to continue to do that.

Joining Celtic, a massive club, and obviously massive games come with that and that’s what you really look forward to playing in and, as you said, make your mark in the game (the derby) and hopefully I can do that again and all the boys would to do that as a team and get the result hopefully.

Turnbull is one of the players that have been instrumental in the turnaround on the pitch in December and Celtic fans will be hoping that he continues to impress with another man of the match performance on Saturday
