This season has been a disaster. All Celtic fans are in agreement and the reason we lost the league was in part down to gross mismanagement from the board room to the dressing room.  There has been no cohesion whatsoever and the club paid the price for that. Losing the league meant losing a once in a lifetime chance of setting a new record of ten titles in a row that would probably never be matched again.

Although it could be worse. We could have watched our club die and then pretend that all the titles the old club won were “purchased” and claim same club status whilst denying the millions of pounds of debt that club racked up which led to said old club’s demise.  Keeping up? Of course you are because Celtic fans are familiar with this dirge of nonsense that has been spouted since 2012.

Is "Rangers" a new club?

YES

YES

NO

NO

Fergus McCann saved Celtic from this ignominy in 1994 when he bought the club when it was just hours away from going under, but I digress here.  Last night, award winning radio and TV presenter, Terry Christian, tweeted about Roy Keane and if he had the Celtic job to his 107k followers:

As the usual predictable replies came in from the blue side of Glasgow, one unlucky tweeter repeated the liquidation lie that was quickly picked up on by Christian on his thread and he quote tweeted an hilarious reply:

Not many people in the mainstream media (inside Scotland anyway, apart from Jim Spence) have dared to question the logic of the 55 titles myth and how the club can claim the titles, yet deny the debt but fair play to Christian. But I suppose it is easier to do that from a country that is not tied into the compliant media to keep the blue club relevant.
