It was frustrating watching the goalless draw that the team played out against Dundee last night. A sixth stalemate at home this season, which is far too many considering the dominance we have in this league.

Charly Musonda was an unused substitute, with Leigh Griffiths, Olivier Ntcham and Odsonne Eduoard the players chosen by Brendan Rodgers to come on in the second half to try and get the three points.

Many on Twitter were perplexed as to why our manager decided not to send on the loanee from Chelsea:

Verdict:

The attacking midfielder has been used sparingly since his arrival in January. It’s now been five league games in a row where he has been an unused substitute, and a month since we last saw him in action against Morton in the cup.

There are certainly some questions for Brendan to answer as to why the 21 year old hasn’t been picked recently. It seems strange to take someone on loan and then not use them. Has he failed to impress in training? Is he not fitting into the system? Your guess is as good as mine.
