Big money, time for Lawwell to get the chequebook out?

Celtic will be looking to end this January window in strong style as we head into the final couple of weeks of the market.

The Bhoys have made some good signings so far this month but it is clear that we need a few more arrivals before the end of the window.

Who we get in, then, remains to be seen but it appears as though Scott McKenna could be available with Aberdeen looking for £10m for the player according to the Daily Record.

The towering defender is one we have been linked with for some time, of course, and now a figure has apparently been placed on his head, I think that Peter Lawwell needs to get his chequebook out.

Yes, it’s a lot of money but we need top defenders to come in and McKenna is one of the best in the league.
