Celtic are in France this evening as we take on Ligue 1 side Rennes in the opening game of our Europa League group.
It’s a competition that we should feel as though we can get into the knockout stages from but tonight will provide a stern test with the French outfit capable of playing some very good football.
We can do that ourselves, though, and fans will be looking to see our attacking players do the business when it comes to the match itself tonight.
Indeed, Ryan Christie could well be the man leading the charge and he has offered a warning to the French side by saying via the club’s official Twitter that any side would have a headache against our attack:
“We’re always confident in our attacking threat. We’ve got a number of players that any opposition should be fearful of.”
Certainly, with the likes of him and Odsonne Edouard in the final third, we are capable of causing many sides problems and hopefully we cause Rennes enough to end up winning the game tonight.
