According to Football Insider, Scott Sinclair is hoping to leave Celtic this summer transfer window and head abroad for his next chapter in his career.
The winger has been a favourite for the Bhoys since he arrived under Brendan Rodgers but in recent times he has fallen out of form and favour with Neil Lennon certainly preferring other options in the side.
It’s a shame for Scotty, but it is understandable in a way as his performance levels haven’t been where they used to be in the first couple of years he had at the club.
It seems as though he has had enough of sitting on the bench, then, and we could well see him look to seal a move away from the club in the last week or so of the transfer window.
If he does leave, he can go with his head held high, and I just hope that he does leave on amicable terms if it does go through.
