As quoted by Football Insider, former Scottish international Alan Hutton has suggested that James Forrest could make a success of himself in the Premier League if he moved south of the border.
Hutton spent quite a lot of his playing career in England and with him currently without a club it remains to be seen if he is going to call time on his career.
Forrest, meanwhile, is at the peak of his powers and it seems as though Hutton thinks he could be a hit down south.
He said:
“I just see him maybe flourishing at a team like Leicester or maybe one of these type of teams – obviously a manager that knows him well. I really think he’s got everything that it takes to make it down in the big league.”
I’m sure that Forrest could well make a name for himself in England in the top flight but the fascination with moving to a club like Leicester baffles me.
Forrest has been here for such a long time, surely he’d only move if a much better and bigger club came in for him than the Foxes.
