It certainly is a day for it.
Just this morning Vital Celtic reported that transfer specialist Ekrem Konour confirmed that Daizen Maeda is front and centre for a move to Paradise when he tweeted, ““Ange Postecoglou calls for Daizen Maeda to be transferred. Celtic, F. He began negotiations with Marinos. The transfer is expected to be formalized in January.“
The Yokohama front man has been the subject of long speculation about a move to join his former boss at Celtic Park and it seems that that move is going to go ahead.
And not only that, Sky Sports’ Anthony Joseph has revealed FOUR stunning updates to Celtic’s transfer business this afternoon as he confirms that Reo Hatate is looking to ‘engineer a move’ in January as his contract expires in February.
Celtic are continuing their pursuit of Yokohama F Marinos forward Daizen Maeda and Gamba Osaka midfielder Yosuke Ideguchi.

Not only that, he has also confirmed that Maeda and Ideguchi are also high on the list of acquisitions as speculation takes a massive leap towards reality.
But probably the most exciting news of the lost is that Celtic are looking to tie up Portuguese sensation Jota by activating his £6.5m clause that was agreed upon when he signed for the Hoops on loan.
Finally, a number of Turkish clubs are interested in Celtic goalkeeper Vasilis Barkas, who is believed to be open to a loan or permanent move next month.https://t.co/yxbXLmtq7Y
