Quoted by the Herald via the Scottish Sun, Celtic coach John Kennedy has revealed that the Bhoys have no plans to let youngster Liam Morrison leave the club.

The Hoops have some very good young players coming through at the moment with Karamoko Dembele perhaps the leading name of that group if you like.

Indeed, he is starting to figure more in first team circles and that will be motivation for the other young Bhoys coming through the system.

Certainly, Morrison appears to have what it takes to potentially progress into the side and that is why the Hoops are so eager to keep him at the club.

Indeed, Kennedy admitted that there was interest in him from Germany most chiefly of all but that the club is not open to offers and will not be entertaining them.

He revealed:

“There is interest from Germany but Liam’s our player and we want to develop him.

“We’re not accepting any, or open to any, offers for him.”

This certainly seems positive to hear, now let’s hope it remains that way.
