The season might have only just ended and the players are on holiday but it won’t be long until they’re back at Lennoxtown getting ready to go again.
Our season is often longer than most given we start in Europe early and then win a treble at the end of the campaign and you’d imagine similar will happen again next season.
The Bhoys will be looking to be fully fit for pre-season, then, and they have been given a boost ahead of that with Kieran Tierney showing on his Instagram story that he is recovering after surgery.
He had put a double hernia operation off for as long as possible to see out the campaign and now he has done that he will be able to focus on getting ready for the new campaign.
He had a tough year injury-wise this season, so let’s hope he’s back at full tilt next year.
