According to the Daily Record, Celtic have got a battle on if they want to sign towering centre-half Christopher Jullien from Toulouse this summer.
The Bhoys need a new player to come into the heart of the defensive line but it remains to be seen who exactly that is going to be.
Jullien is a target by the looks of things, but Spanish side Celta Vigo are also apparently keen and are looking at the player according to the report.
Vigo did not have a good season last year in La Liga and only narrowly avoided relegation but, at the same time, remaining in the Spanish top flight does give them a clear bargaining chip.
It will surely be attractive to play in that division and so if we want to sign him we’re going to have to use all our persuasive techniques too.
A chance at trophies and Champions League football isn’t a bad footing to have, then.
