We call Rangers the club that keeps on giving and they certainly do live up to that tag at the moment.

If they’re not financially making errors, they’re busy claiming they’re on the way back when, really, Aberdeen and even Hibernian look more of a threat right now.

Naturally, then, for a club in permanent implosion, they’ve got rid of Graeme Murty with a distinct feeling that he’s been thrown under a bus.

Indeed, Chris Sutton has hardly been impressed with him offering this verdict:

The Verdict

I wouldn’t say I feel massively sorry for Murty but I do think that he’s got a rather raw deal when he only tried to help that lot out.

He stepped in when no-one else would and instead they’ve decided to utterly feed him to the lions without a moment’s thought.

That’s their club summed up in one, though, so good luck to him in the future.
