Celtic will be looking to add across the pitch this summer under Neil Lennon and we might well be aiming to go back for a former target if one report is to be believed.

The Bhoys get linked with a variety of names from the marquee to the obscure – such is the nature of how we have to play the market.

According to Football Ghana, then, we are considering another look at forward Patrick Twumasi – a year on from us apparently nearly signing him last summer.

An international for the Ghanaian side, he might not be that well known amongst our fans but he does have pedigree.

Primarily a right winger, he plays for Spanish side Alaves so he has played at a decent level whilst at the age of 25 he is by no means old – he has plenty of years left.

FC Copenhagen are apparently keen, though, so we’ll have to perhaps battle them if we want him.

  • I think this boy should be looking at this guy for f##king his move to celtic at 10k+a week that’s no bad for guy who hit the fame game last year, if he looks at how well he done for Mr S Armstrong down in Southampton OK he got a price hike in his wages but what has he done with the team a game every week no if he was not in the Scotland team would we know where he landed no, sorry to say other players left and never set the world on fire but if he does not come to celtic we wish him a big wage but it will be David who so young man you are the agents boss not the other way round so get a pair and if you do want to be a celtic player tell your employee that you are joining us or not but is a 1 chance deal they will go knocking on your door twice and reading the other sites is all the big names who are interested but not a bid in yet for you let celtic know ASAP we will close the door and just ask players who want to play for the champions so think on
