The deal for the Ivory Coast player remains subject to a medical and a work permit being secured.
After two years playing in Tunisia, he made the move to Streda in March last year and so far in the 2018/19 campaign, he’s found the back of the net 18 times in 23 games and he’s also contributed seven assists as they sit in second place in their top division.
He follows the signings of West Bromwich Albion winger Oliver Burke and Paris Saint-Germain’s Timothy Weah.
With manager Brendan Rodgers strengthening up top, now it’s all eyes to defence.
