Celtic face a ticketing dilemma during the current season ticket renewal period after Zebra Finance pulled the plug on finance options for supporters, as reported by The Scottish Sun.

The company provided a service for fans that allowed them to pay up their season ticket investment over a long period of time, meaning hundreds of pounds did not need to be paid upfront, which is obviously a struggle for many.

However, The Scottish Sun say they have pulled out of the UK-wide season ticket market leaving clubs like Celtic, Hibs, Hearts, Dundee and English outfits in the lurch during a critical renewal period.

The Hoops launched a season ticket campaign just last week.

Celtic have commented on the issue, assuring fans that alternative options are being considered by the club to provide a solution in a timely manner.

Thankfully, any supporters who have completed the application process with Zebra Finance and received a successful confirmation email from Zebra Finance will not be affected, say the club.

Hopefully we get an update soon on what finance options will be available going forward, with anxious fans eager to secure their seat for a potential nine-in-a-row push.
