Celtic have been offered Monaco striker Ibrahima Toure on loan next season.

“If the coach doesn’t give you the chance it’s normal to think of an exit” – Ibrahima Toure

The 27-year-old has already spent time playing in France, China, Ukraine and Qatar and scored eighteen goals last term as his club clinched promotion to Ligue 1.

But Monaco have since recruited striker Radamel Falcao for £50m and Senegalese forward Toure has fallen down the ranking, despite still having a couple of years remaining on his contract.

“I wanted to show I can play in the French top league,” he told the Daily Record. “But if the coach doesn’t give you the chance it’s normal to think of an exit.”
