Celtic could clinch the title in their derby visit to Partick Thistle on Wednesday evening.

“I suppose for the majority of our supporters it would be great to clinch it at home” – Neil Lennon

Both Nir Biton and James Forrest remain on the sidelines with groin trouble while fellow winger Derk Boerrigter is still carrying an abdominal injury.

The Hoops would definitely secure their 45th top-flight crown if they win tomorrow and Aberdeen fail to beat Ross County in Dingwall later this evening.

“We’re looking forward to the game,” manager Neil Lennon told BBC Scotland. “It’s a midweek local derby with a full house probably, so that’s enough to whet the appetite, let alone playing for a championship.

“I suppose for the majority of our supporters it would be great to clinch it at home but you can never predict these things,” he added. “We’re playing very well just now and I’d like to continue that between now and the end of the season.”

Lee Mair is doubtful for the hosts due to illness while Isaac Osbourne (ankle) and Sean Welsh (groin) are joined in the treatment room by Conrad Balatoni with a damaged tendon in his hand.
