According to the Daily Mail, Celtic winger Scott Sinclair has opted to turn down a move to the MLS for family reasons this summer.

The winger has not played much at all for the Hoops so far this season and it seems fair to assume that he is far down the pecking order when it comes to Neil Lennon’s thinking at the moment.

You can see why he might want to move away from the Hoops in the final days of the window, then, but it seems as though he doesn’t want to go that far afield judging by that decision.

An offer apparently came in from the MLS and though many jump at the chance to sign for a club in the United States, it is not for everyone.

Indeed, the Bhoys’ winger has a young family and if he does move it will need to work for them too.
