Celtic take steps to prevent key January exit

|

Celtic are back in action this weekend as we take on Ross County and it gives us the first chance we’ve had to redeem ourselves after that loss to Livingston.

The international break came at the worst time for us with us losing to Livi and then seeing Rangers go top of the league.

However, we have had a couple of weeks nearly to think about things and now is the time to respond as it looks as though we have a title race to deal with right now.

By January, things might have changed, but it is clear that the Hoops may need to add in the transfer market at the moment and, hopefully, keep key players.

Indeed, they’ve already taken steps to keep Odsonne Edouard from leaving in the next window by the sound of things as well.

According to the Daily Record, the Hoops have told his advisors that they will not be letting him leave in the middle of the season and that is very good news.
