According to Football Insider, Celtic are currently tracking Lawrence Shankland with a view to potentially making a move for the in-form striker.
Shankland is certainly one to watch in Scotland at the moment.
He’s been ripping it up in the lower leagues in Scotland and recently got a great move to Dundee United that was going to underline whether or not he could make a step up.
His form suggests he could well be ready for another jump already, though, with him banging them in and making the Scotland squad for the most recent international break.
What you have to say, though, is coming to the champions is the biggest step for him and that is what we would have to weigh up if we were to make a move.
Indeed, right now he’s not going to get in the side but if he can show himself to be good enough if he did join, who knows where it could lead.
For now, though, we’re just watching him play.
