Celtic full-back Emilio Izaguirre has warned any interested parties they would be wasting their time trying to lure him away.

The Honduran international defender is approaching the final year of his current deal at Parkhead but certainly ready to extend that arrangement.
“I appreciate all the things Celtic have done for me,” Izaguirre told the Glasgow Evening Times. “I have one more year left, but I will sign here no problem.
“I am happy here as Celtic opened the door for my career in Europe,” he added. “I have enjoyed it here and I am very happy, but I want more joy next season.”
