Celtic midfielder Dylan McGeouch is keenly anticipating the presentation of the SPL trophy this weekend.

“It doesn’t really settle in until you are lifting the trophy in front of 60,000 fans at Celtic Park” – Dylan McGeouch

The champions celebrate the successful defence of their trophy following their final home game of the season against St Johnstone on Saturday lunchtime.

“It’s going to be a big party on Saturday,” McGeouch told Celtic View, reports Celtic’s official website. “I’m looking forward to it and hopefully we can get a positive result and give the fans something to cheer about.

“It’s good to go and win the league and the fans are celebrating but it doesn’t really settle in until you have your medal and are lifting the trophy in front of 60,000 fans at Celtic Park,” he continued. “That’s when it sinks in and we will celebrate it well.”
