According to Greek outlet SDNA, Panathinaikos are taking a look at Celtic midfielder Eboue Kouassi and are interested in signing him.
Brendan Rodgers signed the player last summer but we did not see that much at all of him last season for a number of different reasons.
It could be the case that we don’t for next season either, with the Greek side apparently keen on taking him away from Celtic Park and having him in their side for their campaign.
Personally, I don’t think many of us would be against this.
He’s a player that hasn’t really shown what he can do and though he might still go on to be a success there, I don’t think he’d be any big loss from the Hoops’ squad for the new season.
Truly, Neil Lennon needs to get some new faces into the side but losing someone like Eboue won’t really matter I would suggest.
