Quoted by the Daily Record, European based youngster Jack Harper has not ruled out playing for Celtic in the future with him talking up his love for the Scottish game.

The Hoops get back to league action this weekend as we take on Ross County and the need to win is greater than ever with us behind Rangers in the league right now.

A big weekend is ahead, then, and a big January window could be in store with the title race in mind.

Jack Harper might not be one for the immediate future, but he’s been looking ahead to the rest of his career and when asked about moving to Celtic – or Rangers – he said:

“The league is becoming more powerful. I don’t think about it now. I have 12 years left in my career and anything can happen. In general the Scottish Premiership is beautiful, it has mythical teams.”

Certainly, he’ll have to prove himself good enough but it does seem as though he likes the idea of playing in Scotland.

And, if you’re good enough and want to join, then why not? It’s one for the future perhaps.
