Celtic have enjoyed many incredible games over the last few years, and we’re hoping for another one on Sunday. We’re set to take on Aberdeen in the League Cup final on Sunday, and it’s a game that Brendan Rodgers will be desperate to win.

Not only will it represent another opportunity to win a trophy in what has been a sensational run for him at the helm, but it will also be his first trophy of the season – and with so much on the line this term, perhaps sit could kickstart another great run.

The cup final last year certainly did, and as noted by Celtic on their official Twitter, the one year anniversary of Celtic’s League Cup final win over Motherwell last season has just passed. It has also been discussed elsewhere on Twitter.

The Hoops won the game 2-0, and it’s fair to say that it was a great day for the club. Goals from Moussa Dembele and James Forrest sealed the victory, and we’ll be hoping for something just as good this weekend.

Celtic supporters have been reminiscing about the game over on Twitter, and it’s safe to say that they’re hoping for more of the same this weekend. Take a look at what they’ve had to say below…
