Lots of Celtic fans have been reacting to a rather bizarre poll that in-house magazine Celtic View put out yesterday.
You know that times are tough for football teams and their content department when they start coming out with stuff like this to fill the void of football that is the current climate.
Flashbacks to games gone by makes some level of sense, dedicating time to reminisce about previous players you can also understand. However, trying to run a poll on which Bhoy had the best hair in time gone by, they really are scraping the barrel when it comes to being creative.
Are you struggling to cope without football to watch on a regular basis?
Yes
No
But that’s exactly what they did yesterday, as they took to social media to ask Celtic fans exactly what they thought constituted the best hairdo in years gone by, and they narrowed it down to four players to choose from; Stuart Armstrong, Paddy McCourt, Henrik Larsson’s dreadlocks and Georgios Samaras.
Larsson won the poll convincingly, with 55.4% of the vote, and it did lead to some rather bizarre comments from the Celtic Park faithful.
Yet to see Henrik lose a poll

People are just being sentimental here, Sammy had the best mane this side of a Pantene ad.

Being at home is difficult enough, I can’t be expected to vote against Henrik for any reason.
But how can I be expected to vote against big sammy’s fine barnet? It’s too difficult, I’ll forever hold my peace on this one.

Hopefully real football comes back soon, so we can talk about something that actually matters.
