Celtic really are in the market for some huge changes this summer aren’t they?

Well, I for one, at least am hoping so.

Along with adding Jota and CCV, the Celtic fans will be looking for the Celtic boss, Ange Postecoglou, to invest in the team and strengthen areas that they feel have been needing tending to all season.

A left back, back up goalkeeper and a striker are a must this summer.

That is not a slight on those guys who have done a remarkable job this season for the team, but the depth in those positions is not where it should be.

And Ange is being tipped to hit a market he has already has serious success in.

According to Pete O’Rourke, Ange could head back to the Japan market to add to the squad.

Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, O’Rourke said, “I think it’s definitely a market that’s served Celtic well in the last couple of transfer windows.

“The signings of Furuhashi, Hatate and Maeda have been key additions to the squad and have helped propel Celtic to the top of the Scottish Premiership.

“Postecoglou knows the Japanese market inside out, so he would be foolish not to look at it again and see if he can find players who can improve that Celtic squad.

“The big bonus with the Japanese market is that the signings are relatively cheap. There are not big price tags on these players, so it is something that would fit the Celtic remit as well.”

To be honest, Ange could hit any market and come out smelling like roses.

Just look at Hart, Juranovic, Starfelt and Giakoumakis. And I didn’t even mention O’Riley.

This summer will be very exciting.
