Celtic were back in action tonight in what proved to be a rather interesting game to see just where the Bhoys’ heads were at after recent events.
After getting knocked out of the Champions League, we struggled at the weekend against Dunfermline and it was clear that that was weighing on the players’ minds.
We needed to forget all of that for tonight, though, and get ourselves into a European competition proper for the season, with two games against AIK between us and achieving that prior to kick-off.
And, now that there’s just one leg to go over in Stockholm, the Bhoys can be fairly confident that they have a chance of getting into said group stages.
Indeed, we managed to get a win at Paradise against the Swedes and there has been plenty of reaction to the news on Twitter.
