Celtic fans are eager to see new signing Daniel Arzani in action after his impressive showing for the club’s reserve side on Monday.
The Australian international scored his first goal in green and white hoops with a sumptuous free-kick, which you can see below.

It helped the reserves side to a 2-0 victory over Aberdeen and was reminiscent of Patrick Roberts’ initial glowing performances at the same level when he first joined on loan from Manchester City.
Arzani of course won’t feature on Thursday night against Rosenborg since he has not been included in the UEFA Europa League squad, which was explained by Chris Davies as mostly a fitness issue.
Many supporters though reckon he could already be good enough to feature at Scottish Premiership level, believing he could add the attacking spark that this side currently needs.
These fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on it all after Monday’s free-kick…
just back from reserve game. 2 great goals. Arzani doesn't look that far from being ready for 1st team. Morgan looked sharp in 2nd half. Benyu? Not great. Armstrong had some nice touches.

Should be in the Europa league squad. If he's good enough to play at the world cup for his country he's good enough for the squad

Arzani has his first and from a dead ball no less, something we badly need in the first XI. If his development continues, he may be called up sooner than thought. https://t.co/L0uUdUC1xX
