Scott Sinclair came on as a substitute for Celtic’s match against AEK Athens on Wednesday night but fans are growing sick of his underwhelming performances.
With the game deadlocked at 1-1 and the Greek champions down to ten men, Brendan Rodgers turned to the 29-year-old to give the Hoops an attacking edge but he failed to make an impact in the final third.
He may only have made a 13-minute cameo, but it was enough for many fans to once again air their frustrations with his collapse in form, with plenty feeling like his time as an effective player for Celtic may be coming to an end.
Sinclair was an absolute sensation in his debut season at the club, scoring 25 goals and assisting 13 times on the way to an unbeaten treble. He started last season well too but his performance levels dropped and opinion appears to have turned on the winger.

I was just about to tweet that if Scott Sinclair would go for the bye line every now and again he might actually give defenders the occasional problem. He then did it on the 92nd minute and won a corner. FFS do it more often, you are too predictable, even in Scotland🙄

Shocker from Celtic tonight. Staring an exit from Europe in the face. Also, why on earth is Scott Sinclair still playing in hoops?

Scott Sinclair has to be the most frustrating player in a long time. Brilliant first season and now scared to take anyone on
