I think it is fair to say that whatever happens in this transfer window, it is clear that Ange Postecoglou is not of a mind to hold onto players for sentimental value.
The Celtic boss is very astute in how he deals with his players in the dressing room.
It is well documented that Ange doesn’t get too involved personally with his playing staff so that when the time comes for difficult decisions to be made, they can be with his head and not his heart.
Case and point with Josip Juranovic.
