We all know what Ange Postecoglou said right?

No more business to be done this window. Well, what he said was, and I will reiterate, ““Unless something extraordinary comes along or something happens within the existing squad that means we need to move but, as we speak right now, there is no other offers or people I have spoken to.”

Just this morning, I reported that with Hannes Wolfe now becoming officially available, this may be that ‘something extraordinary’ that Ange Postecoglou was alluding to?

But with news seemingly breaking that the Austrian is set to move to Swansea on loan, Celtic fans will feel a sense of disappointment that the club may have missed out on a quality talent.

But even before that, former Celtic striker Charlie Nicholas still believed that the transfer business for the club is not over yet.

Speaking in his column in The Express [via Irish Mirror], Nicholas claims, “Postecoglou said last week that he has nothing else in the pipeline but I think he will do more business before the transfer window closes, especially if he offloads some fringe players.”

With news that Conor Hazard has left on loan and the possibility of offloading the likes of Boli Bolingoli and Vasilis Barkas, would this free up enough money, and space, for the manager to bring in another one or two quality players?

Going by the recent signings, the Celtic fans will certainly hope so.
