As Celtic look to face Midtjylland tonight at Celtic, Ange Postecoglou has been given two massive headaches by two first team players.

Leigh Griffiths and Vasilis Barkas are both having a crisis at Celtic, both of a different nature, but both that have gave Postecoglou a lot to think about.

As Ange has dealt with one tonight by dropping Barkas for Bain, pundit Tam McManus has said that be believes the Greek international’s career at Celtic is over, especially now that reports are suggesting that the Hoops are looking to bring in Joe Hart from Spurs.

Speaking on The PLZ Soccer Show, McManus said,  “He’s not the answer. I don’t think you can play him tonight.

“The first leg Celtic where pretty comfortable. He’s got to save that.  He pulls his hands away.

“Even a couple of the West Ham goals at  the weekend he leaves a big space at the near post. I just think he’s done at Celtic.

“I think you look at a guy like Joe Hart. That’s the kind of calibre Celtic should be trying to bring in.

“34 years old.  75 caps for England and won everything in English football.

“He’s been stuck behind two good down there at Burnley and Tottenham but I still think he’s got a lot to offer.

“If Celtic get that deal done, then I think that would be a signing for Celtic.”

After tonight’s team selection, it certainly does not augur well for Barkas show has made a couple of high profile blunders in the last seven days. With Postecoglou’s patience clearly been tested, it does seem now that Barkas’ Celtic days are numbered.
