As quoted by the Scottish Sun, France manager Didier Deschamps is worried about his country facing Tom Rogic this summer in the World Cup.

The World Cup is underway with Russia and Saudi Arabia kicking things off earlier today and it won’t be long until we see our Bhoys playing for their respective nations.

Rogic has the chance to be the most impressive, too, with him set to play a key role in Australia’s fight to progress out of the group stages.

They might find it hard to get past France but, at the same time, it’s evident their manager is worried about Tom.

Deschamps said:

“I am concerned about their strength going forward – in particular, Tom Rogic.”

The Verdict

He’s every right to be worried about the winger and if they don’t take care of him he’ll do them damage.

Certainly, we know all about his ability and I hope he has a great World Cup as, after all, he’s signed a new deal so he won’t be going anywhere.
