We all know how good Kyogo and Hatate are right?

Even after just a handful of games, Hatate looks a class act and we can all see the player that Kyogo is.

Quality in both? Absolutely no question.

But just how good can these guys get? According to this Japanese journalist, K Fukuoka, the two of them could reach the very top as he lauds Celtic’s track record in developing and selling players to the best leagues in Europe.

Taking to twitter, Fukuoka said, “Players who succeeded in stepping up from Celtic:

Arsenal Kieran Tierney

Liverpool FC Van Dijk

Swansea Ki Sung-yueng

Lyon Musa Dembele etc …

“Reo Hatate and Furuhashi have enough soil to go to the 5 major leagues if they continue to play an active part in Celtic.”

A brilliant appraisal and also a great advert for the club.

This kind of exposure could make more players want to make the transition from Japan to Europe with Celtic being their preferred destination.

As the Hoops may look to the Japan leagues again this summer, it will be interesting to see what other gems Ange Postecoglou can unearth.

But what excites me most is how these guys will do in Europe.

Next Thursday gives us that opportunity to see them in European competition and if they continue their form as they have done, I expect them to be massive players for us this season and next in the continent.
