The season is nearly over but the football will continue with Scotland having a couple of friendlies on the horizon.
Of course, we would rather be looking forward to a World Cup but at least there’s some action to be coming after the season ends, albeit probably not meaning much for us.
Even so, the squad announcement was made yesterday and plenty have reacted to it, including our fans responding to the number of Celtic players included.

The Verdict
Quite a few of our players perhaps have missed out on call-outs here but I think part of that is because Brendan has asked them to be left out for meaningless games.
Otherwise, we’d surely have more players in the selection because, quite frankly, half those named wouldn’t come close to the stars we’ve got to offer.
We’ll have to wait and see what happens next international break.
