Key Celtic attacker being linked with exit

|

According to the Scottish Sun, Celtic winger Scott Sinclair is attracting interest from the likes of Premier League side Sheffield United this summer.

The winger was one of Brendan Rodgers’ big success stories – particularly in the first season he was in charge – and has been a key player in our run to domestic glory in recent years.

He’s still got plenty to offer, too, but it seems as though the Blades are looking at him as they prepare for the Premier League campaign next year.

Chris Wilder helped get them promoted via second place in the Championship and it seems safe to assume that they need to bring in more attacking players to have a shot at staying up next season.

Sinclair would be a good signing for them, then, but surely he’d be more than happy to actually stay at our club and go for more medals and an improved run in Europe?

Let’s see if the Blades make a firm bid first of all, and then see what Scott does.
