Celtic got back to winning ways on Sunday, defeating Hamilton 1-0 at Celtic Park thanks to a goal from under fire defender Dedryck Boyata.
Having failed to win last time out against FK Suduva, fans were looking for a response from the team this afternoon and while the performance didn’t quite produce fireworks, it was an important three points in the Scottish Premiership.
Dominating possession and territory, Brendan Rodgers’ side were comfortable throughout but were largely wasteful in the final third, only testing the opposition goalkeeper a handful of times.
One player that received criticism was attacking midfielder Tom Rogic, who failed to create as much as fans have come to expect from the Australian international.
Always popular with fans, his recent form hasn’t been quite at the heights he’s hit previously and many are looking for more from him in matches to come.

Rogic worse player out there today keeps giving the ball away and has to shoot every chance he gets

Rogic is killing me this season. Like heโs playing his own game. Rather shoot than play someone in.

Tom Rogic. Celtic's very own 67 minute man. #CELHAM #celticfc

Hard to watch. Again. Totally devoid of ideas to break a team down. Someone tell Rogic he doesn't have to shoot every fucking time. He gets a very easy time of it on it here. Big improvement needed. #CELHAM
