What can we say about Kris Boyd that hasn’t been said already.

Now this is a family publication, so we’ll say nothing and move on.

But with Boyd, that’s just not possible. Even when he doesn’t say anything he STILL annoys fans, and this time it’s not the Celtic supporters.

But this time, the controversy surrounding Boyd was his Team of the Week.

In a weekend where we had Dundee United moving to third place, Hearts consolidating second and Celtic in fourth, Livingston had a great away win at Ross County lifting them clear of the bottom of the table, Boyd’s picks look a little disjointed.

None more so than Celtic’s Joe Hart in goal.

Harts inclusion in Boyd’s team stirred up a heated debate on twitter and the former Rangers man was derided for his inclusion, and I have to say, I agree that he shouldn’t be anywhere near the side.

Quite simply, he had not a single save to make. St Johnstone had four shots at goal. None on target. Zero. If anything, you could even argue that Zander Clarke should have been included with the saves he made to keep The Saints in the game as Celtic peppered his goal for the whole ninety minutes.

But as it was, Hart was named as the goalie of the week and in true twitter fashion, Boyd was, quite rightly, pulled for it:
