Legia Warsaw have requested a meeting with Celtic regarding their Champions League elimination.

The Poles have issued an open letter asking for a meet in either Warsaw or Glasgow to decide who should progress in the competition.

Legia already defeated the Scottish champions 6-1 on aggregate in the third qualifying round but were then thrown out for fielding an unregistered player late in the second-leg at Murrayfield.

Celtic have since been drawn to face Maribor in the play-off round.
