It’s good news for Tom Rogic as he has been selected for the final Australia World Cup squad this summer.
The winger joined up with the provisional squad not so long ago and though there was little doubt that he’d make the final cut, it’s still nice to see.
He’s one of a handful of players that will represent our club in Russia this summer and though we wish all of them luck I’ve got a feeling that Tom will be the most impressive.

The Verdict
Tom has had a good few weeks for both club and country.
Obviously, we sealed the treble and he earned himself a new deal and now he is definitely heading to Russia with the Aussies.
Good luck to him, then, and I hope he uses the experience to help us out in things like the Champions League in the future.
