According to the Daily Record, Aberdeen reckon that they can get about £10m for defender Scott McKenna with them indicating he remains a Celtic target.
Whilst we’ve been quick to add to our attacking arsenal this month, we haven’t really added in terms of our defensive options and so it remains to be seen exactly who we are going to target.
McKenna would certainly be a good signing for us, but £10m is a lot of money for our club when you could get two or three players for that figure.
With that in mind, then, I asked Bhoys fans whether or not they think that the defender is worth such a figure and it seems as though most think that he isn’t:
For sure, I can understand why that is the case and I would be very surprised if the club paid such a price to try and get him in – regardless of how he would improve our side.
