Celtic supporters are not buying into reports that left-back Kieran Tierney could be set for a dramatic move to Arsenal this summer.

If yesterday was not bad enough, fans had to contend with the transfer rumour mill too, after The Scottish Sun reported that the Gunners were considering a mammoth £25m move for the Scottish international.

The report states that they’ve been tracking the 21-year-old for two years and are now convinced he has what it takes to make an impact in the English Premier League.

The prospect of losing Tierney this summer during a transfer window that will already have significant upheaval is almost unthinkable, with the likes of Dedryck Boyata, Filip Benkovic and Oliver Burke all already certain to leave.

We need to retain our key homegrown talents, at least for another year, to smooth the transition from the Brendan Rodgers era into life under a new boss, whether that is Neil Lennon or another.

Fans do not believe the reports will go beyond paper talk though, feeling that Tierney will be with the Hoops for the foreseeable future.

Supporters took to Twitter to discuss the potential switch…
