Celtic midfielder Scott Allan has reported a decent reaction from supporters since arriving at the club from Hibernian.

“I’ve had the odd couple of things said but nothing too bad” – Scott Allan

The 23-year-old playmaker was also a target of boyhood favourites Rangers
until deciding Celtic Park was the place
to advance his career.

“There’s been quite a lot of humour from friends. But I knew it was coming. It’s
not affected me at all, to be honest,”
Allan told BBC Scotland. “There’s not been any malice in it, so it’s been fine for me.’

“I’ve had the odd couple of things said but nothing too bad, nothing menacing,” he added. “It’s just good to be at a big club.”

However, Allan has been restricted to just 35 minutes of senior action since moving from Easter Road in August.
