SPL leaders Celtic take on managerless bottom club Dundee at Parkhead on Sunday lunchtime (kick-off 12.45pm).

“We’re fully focussed on what we have to do and that’s to win the game” – Neil Lennon

The Hoops are looking to build upon their massive nineteen-point lead at the top at the expense of opponents who dispensed with the services of manager Barry Smith earlier this week.

Striker Georgios Samaras was set to return to action for the hosts as boss Neil Lennon mixes up his squad ahead of a busy schedule. Defender Mikael Lustig could be another being recalled.

“They can start to see there’s clear daylight between us and the rest and they want to reinforce that lead, whether it be Dundee or whoever,” Lennon told BBC Scotland. “We know that Dundee have had their problems this season but we’re fully focussed on what we have to do and that’s to win the game and try and win it well.”

Dundee are currently languishing fifteen points behind the rest and still without the services of Stephen O’Donnell, Mark Kerr, Jamie McCluskey and Carl Finnigan.

The Dark Blues were hopeful of making an interim appointment ahead of the contest with Gus MacPherson and Jimmy Calderwood amongst those being linked as their next permanent manager.
