Vital Celtic has reported over the last few days, a lot, about Celtic’s possible transfer business come January.

With the new arrivals of Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate and Yosuke Ideguchi all looking as if they might happen in the winter window, there has been talks now for MONTHS regarding Celtic’s loanee star Jota and whether or not he will sign a permanent contract with the Hoops.

We reported how Sky Sports journalist, Anthony Joseph, claimed that Celtic are EXPECTED to trigger the £6.5m clause on Jota’s contract but the fact still remains.

Does Jota want to stay at Celtic permanently?

All the hints are pointing towards yes.

He has built a close bond and friendship with Kyogo Furuhashi.

He is playing in a winning team that may be about to lift it’s first piece of silverware.

And he has openly spoken of loving life in Glasgow and enjoying regular football.

Jota looks at home but you can still never tell.

That was until his former youth international team mate Rafael Leáo tweeted about his possible move.

Quote tweeting popular Celtic twitter account Everything Celtic, Leáo gave the biggest hint yet that Jota could extend his stay beyond his loan contract in the summer.

It caused a stir amongst the Hoops support and they will all be hoping that the 22 year old will sign on the dotted line, permanently sooner, rather than later.
