Celtic have their final away league game with a visit to neighbours Partick Thistle this evening.

Skipper Scott Brown is available following his two-game suspension while leading goalscorer Moussa Dembele has returned to light training after hamstring trouble.

“He’s in light training and hopefully next week he can take some part in full training,” assistant manager Chris Davies told Celtic’s official website. “It’s a progressive rehab he is going through. He is starting light training on the grass and next week will make things a bit clearer.

“From my understanding, it will be too early to say. He is a very conscientious guy and he will give himself every chance of being available in some capacity for the final.”

The Jags are one of only four teams to take points off Celtic this season but were waiting over the fitness of defender Mustapha Dumbuya due to a knee problem.

But Stuart Bannigan, Gary Fraser (both knee), Jason Banton (groin), Ryan Scully (shoulder) and Sean Welsh (foot) remain longer-term casualties.
