Celtic fans love the idea of signing Oliver Burke on a permanent basis after watching the player in action against St Johnstone on Sunday.
The Hoops cruised through to the Quarter Finals of the Scottish Cup with a 5-0 victory against the Perth side at Celtic Park, with Burke superbly setting up Scott Sinclair’s second half finish.
He burned the opposition for pace throughout his time on the pitch and that raw speed allowed him to get in behind and cross for Sinclair to net a tap-in.
He now has two assists since joining the club, also scoring three times. It’s a fantastic attacking contribution that has put him in contention to start ahead of Odsonne Edouard against Valencia on Thursday night.
Currently at the club on a short-term loan deal, supporters are now desperate for the club to do the business necessary that will convince West Bromwich Albion to part with him permanently.
